holon.click →We don't think this is inherent to our species. It's a by-product of how we scaled groups and managed information along the way. Constellations is a protocol for organizing people, and now AI, around shared goals.
It exists because the shape of a group outruns the people inside it. How people find each other, share context, and move value is upstream of almost everything the group can do, and most of the time that composition is left to chance.
What it is
Constellations started as a conversation in 2019, years before the tools caught up to the idea. It's a way to compose people, organizations, and AI around a shared goal, and a way to make sure that the long-term and short-term interests of everyone involved don't quietly pull in opposite directions.
Operating work is carried by MetaSolves, the studio behind the protocol today, based between Luanda and Cape Town.
